The Analytical Grrl Manifesto is an all-text zine about institutionalized sexism in male-dominated fields. It’s partly a list of grievances, and partly a list of practical strategies that departments can use to support underrepresented people in fields that are overwhelmingly white and cis-male. It’s far from finished - most of it is drawn from my own limited personal experience - but it’s finally at a point where I can show it to people and ask for their opinions and perspectives.
